As much as we Loved creating it!
However, sometimes things happen, like a change of plan, packages arriving damaged in transit, or aliens stealing your peonies.
Below is our return policy for these occasions and more.
General Returns
We accept returns on unused art prints, embroidery kits, and clay needleminders within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For embroidery kits, the kit must be unopened and unused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Once I receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, I will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item.
Stickers
Because stickers are inexpensive and can be easily damaged or used, sticker purchases are final sale unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent on accident.
Stickers have been created with a waterproof exterior and should fulfil this purpose well but this is not always foolproof. Stickers that are put through the dishwasher on waterbottles or other personal items are not eligible for replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and its packaging.
We will make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund!
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact me and I'll help you determine the next steps. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with family, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier.
